The newest all-inclusive resort in Riviera Maya, Sensira Resort & Spa, was recognized with the Four Diamond Distinction from the AAA Diamond Program, a prestigious designation for hotels offering an upscale style and amenities with an elevated touch of service. After a meticulous evaluation assessing the property’s quality, cleanliness and condition, experts awarded the family-friendly oceanfront property with Four Diamonds, one of the highest classifications in the hospitality industry.
“To say that we are honored is an understatement. We always knew Sensira was representative of the highest tiers of excellence in our industry and will continue positioning ourselves among the best with our world-class amenities and services,” expressed Alma López, Commercial Director of Sensira. “We appreciate the AAA Diamond Program for their consideration and recognition. We also express our appreciation to our resort staff who deliver impeccable service for our guests.”
To receive this designation, lodging establishments and restaurants must undergo thorough inspection by one of AAA’s 65 full-time, highly trained professional evaluators. These evaluators assess the cleanliness, ambiance, amenities and service of over 60,000 hotels and restaurants throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Sensira Resort & Spa is now backed by its Four Diamonds, which assures guests a first-class stay and a complete Caribbean experience throughout the 12 areas of activities and adventures within this all-inclusive resort.
Along with this important recognition, Sensira is also a member of The Leading Hotels of the World, Ltd. (LWH), the largest collection of independent luxury hotels in over 80 countries. Situated on the Yucatán Peninsula, the region offers plenty of opportunities for historical excursions, thrilling adventures and beautiful celebrations.
